The IBS Steel framing lends itself to many applications for solar panel implementation: – Solar Roof Truss feature not offered by others – Floor Joist Long Spans – Wall Cavity for better R value up to R40 12” cavity – Panelized System – Light Steel Pan and Concrete Flooring optional – Pre finished wall panel stucco, or brick Once the solar panels are energized, it would create a factory like environment to complete the interior of the house.

Panelization
Shop panelization offers several significant advantages to the builder:
– The panel shop provides a controlled environment where work can progress regardless of the weather conditions.
– Application of sheathing and finish systems is easier and faster with panels in a horizontal position. The panels are then transported to the job site.
Panelization is the way of the future to do the high-cost labour, and diminished production per man-hour on site.
